40 year old trainer killed Wednesday by a killer whale in Orlando, Florida officials say the trainer Dawn Brancheau, was in the whale area at 2 pm when she some how got into the tank and was fatally injured.
I think the trainer accidentally fell into the cage maybe she was feeding the whale and slipped into the tank and she had food with her and the whale mistook her for a fish or some sort of food.
